Treks around Mount Ausangate take a minimum of 4 days but that is really rushing it. Anything between 5 and 8 days is our recommendation and it is really the duration that defines how far you can circle around the main peak. Only in 7 or 8 days the Lake Sabinacocha can be visited (far end of the Cordillera Vilcanota).
