Ironman 70.3 - Active Peru Stress-free Event Package
Athletes will be accommodated in 3 star hotels in Miraflores, a safe district in Lima right at the Pacific Ocean at about 7 miles (10 km) from transition. All transfers (including bikes) are included in the package.

Sleep in and breakfast in the hotel (6:30 - 10:00).
8:00: Assemble bikes (tools and pumps will be at your disposal).
Try-out bikes (Careful: there will be heavy traffic at the bike course).
14:00: Transfer to transition. Swim practice.
15:30: Reco bike and run course (in vehicle).
17:00: Transfer back to the hotel.

4:00: first transfer to transition (our pumps at your disposal)

13:30: Transfer to the hotel (with bike)
14:30: Transfer to the hotel (with bike)
15:30: Transfer to the hotel (with bike)
16:15: Transfer to Award Ceremony/Slot & Rolldown
20:00: Transfer to hotel

Breakfast in hotel (6:30 - 10:00).
8:00: disassemble bikes and pack them in their boxes (tools at your disposal).
Transfer to the airport (athletes & bikes). Athletes who book additional travel packages (Cusco & Machu Picchu, hiking in the Cordillera Blanca or Huayhuash, ...) will have their transfer at the end of their travels and in the meanwhile we safeguard their bikes in our storage. |
